IMBA has rescheduled to come out sooner than originally. We will have them for almost 3 weeks from June 24th to July 13th. There are trail days with them on June 28th and July 6th. Loon Lake and Bear Basin will be the focus of those events. I hope everyone can come out and join us and have some fun in the dirt. We will try to get some more events together with IMBA and will update this as soon as possible. Sorry for the short notice. Please pass this on to all that might be interested in getting dirty for a day or two. Thanks!

We are having another trail day while IMBA is here. This time we will be working on Bear Basin. Meet 9am at the Forest service offices. Then we will be going out to The Bear Basin Nordic area for some trail work. We will be working on new trail construction. Don't forget your water, snack, and your sunscreen. We'll see you there. Oktoberfest last year was a huge hit with 50+ people, movies, food, beer, and of course great trail work and riding. More of the same for this year just bigger and better. All locations and times will be posted soon.

Trail work party on Loon Lake. Meet at Chinook campground at 9am on Saturday. We will be working with the IMBA Trail Care Crew. Don't forget water, a snack and sunscreen. This will be a great chance to see some of the burn that went through the area last summer. And to see how it is recovering. We'll see you there.

This should be the start to another great season. Saturday will be a trail work party. Meet at 9am location to be determined. This will be followed by a BBQ and party that night. Sunday we will be offering a couple of different things for people to choose from. A bicycle maintenance clinic, basic riding skills, and intermediate riding skills. I would like to get an idea of how many people are interested in these options. The clinics would be in the morning followed by riding in the afternoon to practice the skills. More info to come soon.
BOISE, July 18 — Wild Rockies race series and Sport Innovation Group partnered to donate money to the Central Idaho Mountain Bike Association (CIMBA). Together they raised $400 between the CIMBA BBQ and the donated sales profits from Polarpak hydration bladders www.polarpak.com. This community partnership would not have been possible with out the volunteers from CIMBA, Wild Rockies and Polarpak. Thanks to Brundage and Staff for hosting the Mountain bike festival! 230 athletes enjoyed a weekend of running, cross country and downhill events.
